Each school's (and the district's) State Report Cards are now posted here. You will see many areas where TTSD students are making progress and other areas where there is still more work to be done if we are to reach our goal of improving achievement for ALL students.
An Oct. 26 Oregonlive article provides some perspective on Tigard-Tualatin's achievement in relation to other schools in the state.
"Using that new system, the state gave the equivalent of a green light to almost 25 percent of its schools mostly those that serve economically comfortable neighborhoods and communities with well-educated parents. Those 277 schools include all public schools in Lake Oswego and Sherwood and nearly all in Tigard-Tualatin, West Linn-Wilsonville and Ashland. They were told they were mostly or fully on track to hit the state's achievement targets for 2025 with no extreme weak spots they need to address."
