Summer Hours:

Starting June 15th, the SBHC will be OPEN Mondays and Fridays through the summer.

  • Virtual behavioral health appointments
  • OHP Assistance
  • All vaccines available

Neighborhood Health Center Free Sports Physicals with Well-Child Check Ups

8th-12th-grade TTSD students can get free Sports Physicals with well-child check-ups at the Tualatin High School SBHC.

Save time by getting your student's well-child check and sports physical together at no cost to you.

If your student has private insurance, insurance will be billed with parent's permission. No fee for the visit. No insurance, okay. Students aged 15 and up do not need to have a parent or guardian in attendance.

Your student will need:

  • An appointment (call 503-941-3180)
  • Insurance information (if any)
  • Completed Sports Physical Form

 

NHC Preventive Dental Services Now Available!

Preventive Dental Services are now available to TTSD students and siblings ages 0-21.

Services offered include routine cleaning, sealants, fluoride application, tooth scaling, and root planning. Services are available regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

A limited number of spots are available weekly!
