MODA Children’s Program: Provides basic dental services for children 5-18 who are not covered by any dental plan (OHP is a dental plan). Children may be referred to this program by a representative from the child’s school, county health department, ER, or pediatrician’s office. Portland Community College Dental Clinic (PCC): Provides free dental exams and other low-cost dental services for children and adults including: teeth cleaning, dental x-rays, simple fillings, and more. Does not provide emergency care, crowns or bridges, dentures, root canals, TMJ treatment, or extraction. Cash, check, credit and debit cards accepted.
