Qualifying for reduced or waived pay-to-play and activity fees

To qualify for reduced or waived pay-to-play and activity fees, please log in to your ParentVue account to complete the “Update Student Information” process. 

  • Families that receive a Direct Certification Notification letter can share a copy with their bookkeeper to qualify. 
  • If you do not have a ParentVue account, go to the ParentVue access webpage to create an account. 
  • If you need a paper form, contact your school's main office or athletic office for assistance. 

Follow these instructions to complete the form in ParentVue:

Log in to ParentVue

  1. You will be prompted to “Verify Student Information”
  2. Select “Begin”
  3. After confirming the Parent/Guardian contact information, you will be prompted to complete the “Free and Reduced Eligibility Survey.”
    1. Select your household size
    2. Select your household income range
    3. Save and Continue

The bookkeeper or athletic office will confirm eligibility. Contact your school office for support and questions.
