The Oregon Health Authority requires that schools intending to resume in-person education or activities during the 2021-2022 school year submit student immunization records to the state. TTSD is committed to returning to in-person learning when the state metrics allow it.
Students whose immunizations are not complete, or who do not have an exemption for immunizations by February 17, 2022, will be excluded from participation in any in-person activities on school campuses. This includes, but is not limited to, in-school learning and extracurricular activities (such as sports, music, clubs, band, etc.).
Please contact your student’s health care provider to schedule an appointment for any missing immunizations. The TTSD School-Based Health Centers also give immunizations by appointment:
Neighborhood Health Center @ Tualatin High School: 503-941-3180
The Virginia Garcia Health Center @ Tigard High School: 503-431-5775
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your school’s district nurse. The district’s RNs can also help you determine which immunizations may be needed:
Alberta Rider Elem.
488 students enrolled
The percentage of children with no immunization or exemption record is 0%
The percent of children with a medical exemption for one or more vaccines(s) is 0%
Not all immunizations are required for all grades. These numbers may not total 100% if some children have medical exemptions, or are incomplete or in the process of immunization but do not need an exemption because they are on schedule.
There are also 0 student(s) enrolled whose immunizations are not required to be reported because their records are tracked by another site or they attend fewer than 5 days per year.
