Why dual language?
Dual language programs offer our students a language-rich learning experience in Spanish and English.
Dual language celebrates our linguistic and cultural diversity in TTSD. To learn more about what dual language is and why we support it in TTSD, check out this description from the Center for Applied Linguistics or this article by Conor Willams.
The Oregon State Seal of Biliteracy
Our goal is for our students to graduate with advanced levels of biliteracy required for the Oregon State Seal of Biliteracy.
To learn more about the Oregon State Seal of Biliteracy, consult the Oregon Department of Education's description.
