Fingerprinting Instructions
If you have not been fingerprinted by another school district in Oregon your fingerprints need to be completed before you attend your orientation. All fingerprints will be done through Fieldprint.
Fieldprint will charge a registration and scheduling fee when you schedule the appointment. For registration and scheduling go to http://fieldprintoregon.com. You will need the following code to schedule your appointment: FPTigardTualatinSD23J. If you have any difficulties, you can reach their customer service department at (877) 614-4364 or via email at: customerservice@fieldprint.com.
In addition, the TTSD payroll department will deduct the $66.00 charge for the fingerprint-based criminal record check results. Payroll will deduct the charge from your first payroll check. Please fill out and sign the following form to authorize the payroll deduction and bring this form to your pre-employment meeting. Once the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form has been filled out, proceed to read the I9 instructions.
