ParentSquare as our primary platform for school communication. Families receive messages through email, app, voice, or text, helping everyone stay informed and involved.
An account is automatically created for each parent or guardian using the contact information in our student information system. We encourage you to activate your account to download the free mobile app, set your language preferences, and choose how and when you’d like to receive messages.
What you can do with ParentSquare:
Receive updates from your school via email, app, or text notification
Choose to get posts as they’re shared or bundled in a daily digest at 6 p.m.
View posts, photos, calendars, and important announcements
Communicate in your preferred language with automatic translation
Comment on school posts and stay engaged with your school community
Send direct messages to teachers and staff
Participate in group conversations with other families
Sign up for conferences and school events
Fill out forms and permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer and bring items and more.
ParentVUE is a comprehensive online tool designed to give parents and guardians a clear view of their child's academic progress.
Key features of ParentVUE include:
Grades and Assignments: View your child's current grades, assignments, and due dates.
Attendance History: Keep track your child's attendance records.
Parents/guardians can proactively excuse their students' attendance, but this feature is not currently available at all schools.
Schedule: View your child's daily and weekly class schedule.
Test History: Review your child's test scores, performance trends, and feedback.
Academic Progressm: Access detailed academic reports that highlight your child's strengths and areas for improvement: Current course grades (secondary), Report cards, Transcripts, state test scores, etc.
By using ParentVUE, you can stay informed about your child's academic performance and build a stronger partnership with the school.
On the web portal or mobile app login screen, select “Forgot Password.”
Enter the Email Address or User Name.
Select “Send Email” to have the password reset information emailed to you.
Once you locate the activation code in your email, return to this screen and select “I already have verification code.” The verification code expires after 15 minutes.
Enter your User Name (User ID) and Verification Code from the email.
Enter New Password.
Confirm New Password.
You will see a confirmation message when your password is successfully reset.
