TIGARD TUALATIN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 23J

 

Notice is hereby given that Tigard-Tualatin School District is seeking proposals from qualified providers to furnish comprehensive student transportation services beginning July 1, 2026.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on November 18, 2025. We will start at the Pacific Highway location and continue to the Hall location.

11:30 AM, PST Pacific Highway Facility: 18340 SW Pacific Highway, Tualatin, OR

12:30 PM, PST Hall Boulevard Facility:13000 SW Hall Boulevard, Tigard, OR

Sealed proposals will be received by Jackie Henriquez, Purchasing Agent, at the District Office, 6960 SW Sandburg St, Tigard, OR on Thursday, January 8th, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Proposals will address the provision of pupil transportation for District students including home to school, special programs, co-curricular activities and field trips for the period beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031.

Attention is called to the provision of the of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279.  The bidder must indicate if the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005-701.055.

The TIGARD-TUALATIN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 23J reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
