Bridgeport Elementary Welcomes Tim Blackburn as New Principal

Tigard-Tualatin School District is proud to announce that Tim Blackburn, currently serving as interim principal of Bridgeport Elementary, has been named the school’s permanent principal. Tim joined TTSD in 2019 as the Title III administrator and, over the past three years, has served as Associate Principal at Bridgeport. A bilingual educator, he believes in the power of language. “I accept this role with pride and humility. I cannot wait to work alongside Bridgeport families, students, and staff,” Tim shared. His hiring marks an exciting new chapter for Bridgeport Elementary!
