2018-19 Graduation Rates

  • "Reviewing Oregon Graduation Rates gives us so much to celebrate," said TTSD Superintendent Dr. Sue Rieke-Smith. "It is a testament to the dedication of talented educators across the state who are committed to student success. As we continue to increase the number of students graduating on-time here at Tigard-Tualatin, our focus is and will continue to be on working in the community to eliminate the achievement gap in total. Over the past two years, 7% of students represented in the "gap" are now proudly graduating. Our work is far from done. We will stay focused and continue to push until all TTSD students graduate prepared for their next chapter."

    • TTSD's graduation rate of 87.6% demonstrates a continued climb, celebrating a 4% gain over the last two years.
    • TTSD's overall graduation rate is 7.7% higher than the Oregon state average of 80%.
    • 91% of TTSD 9th graders are on-track to graduate marking a 5% increase over the past two years.
    • TTSD is committed to closing the achievement gap for underserved students. The graduation rate for this student population over the past two years has increased nearly 7%.
