    Please note that requests under 14 days will not be accepted.

    New for the 2023-2024 school year - we will be renting by term. 

    Fall - Mid-September thru December

    Winter - January through March

    Spring - April - May

    Summer - June - Mid-September for field use only.

    For the Fall term we will begin accepting requests on the first day of the month before the term begins. Every other term will begin accepting requests on the first day of the month, two months before the term begins.
