Local Assessment Capacity Building Project

  • During the 2014-15 school year Tigard-Tualatin was one of four districts in Oregon to participate in the Local Assessment Capacity Building Project with ODE and UC Berkeley.  A relatively small group of Tigard-Tualatin 3rd through 12th grade teachers participated in this project to build their assessment literacy.  Below is an overview of the project and the related materials.

    The BEAR Assessment System is a continuous cycle of Learning Progression to Item Design to Outcome Space to Assessment Quality and back to Learning Progression
