    • Email account
    • Proof of age and legal name
      • ​Birth certificate or passport
    • Proof of current address
      • Utility bill, rental agreement, earnest money agreement
    • Current immunization records
      • Certificate of Immunization (this does not include COVID-19 vaccination)

  • Current TTSD Families

    You will need the following:

    • Access to a computer or tablet
    • Your ParentVUE username and password
      • Don't have ParentVUE set up yet? 
        Contact your child's school to get an activation letter or email.
    • Proof of age and legal name
      • ​Birth certificate or passport
    • Proof of current address
      • Utility bill, rental agreement, earnest money agreement
    • Current immunization records
      • Certificate of Immunization (this does not include COVID-19 vaccination)
